East Lothian Boiler Care is owned and operated by Murray, a highly experienced heating engineer with over 20 years in the industry. Having trained with British Gas, he has developed extensive knowledge of domestic heating systems and installations.

I would recommend unreservedly East Lothian Boiler Care. We had a new boiler installation including all pipework. Murray did a fantastic job. He carried out all aspects efficiently and timeously. It was not a straightforward job and we particularly appreciated how he planned the work to ensure any disruption was kept to an absolute minimum.

I had a boiler repair and 2 boilers serviced & landlord checks done. I had been let down by previously by another engineer & quoted excessively by another.
I saw Murray’s van driving about and booked directly via his website. Prices and services were very clear and the direct appointment booking was a real bonus for me.
Murray was prompt , very professional and did a great job. Murray identified a couple of issues that should have been picked up on previous services but hadn’t. I received photographs of the issue (see attached) Rebooked for repair the next day ( once he had the part). Sensible price and no issues with our Airbnb heating since. My partner who is a bespoke builder was highly impressed with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use him for putting in new boilers.

East Lothian Boiler Care carried out our yearly boiler service. It was very easy to book in and Murray sent us a reminder and ETA. He was very friendly and even brought a biscuit for the dog! The boiler is all ok and Murray said he’d be in touch for the follow up service next year.

Booking the boiler service was simple, and communication in the lead-up to the appointment was excellent.
The service itself was incredibly thorough, and the work carried out efficiently, professionally, and with great care taken to keep everything clean and tidy.
